We recently moved into a new home and needed the carpets replaced ASAP. We called Next Day Flooring this past Tuesday, and they were professional and easy to work with from the very first call. A specialist came out that same day, showed us a wide variety of carpet options, and clearly explained everything. He was upfront about pricing and gave us a quote right away, which was very reasonable and competitive compared to other companies. After we made our selection, one of the team’s Project Managers reached out later that Tuesday to confirm the appointment. On Wednesday, she let us know when the installation team was on their way. The crew arrived right on time, and they were so friendly and professional. We had to leave during the appointment, and when we came back, we were so impressed. The new carpets looked beautiful, and the team had even cleaned up after themselves. Everything was spotless and perfectly done. We had the option for a physical walkthrough once the job was completed. We are still shocked they finished the job in one day, especially since other companies told us it would take three to five business days just to get the carpets because they were coming from Georgia. The team replaced the carpet on our stairs, hallway, four bedrooms and closets! Next Day Flooring truly lives up to their name. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, professional, and quality service.

Next day flooring has been the very best experience I could have imagined. I want to start with Ahmed who came out to do the assessment and quote. He was such a kind, professional and respectful young man. He took the most care is helping me choose my carpet as well as answering my questions with patience and sharing his feedback. He didn’t give me a sales pitch. He was genuine and even made suggestions to me when I mentioned obtaining a second quote. Next, there is Musa. Musa followed up with me immediately after my quote to confirm if my experience was to my satisfaction. Musa availed himself whenever I had questions and was so inviting as he catered to my scheduling needs. It didn’t matter what time of day or evening I reached out, Musa was responsive even if he had to return my call later. I called Musa one late evening and said “I’m going with you on replacing my carpet.” I explained to him it was solely based on how amazing I was treated and the affordability came second. I wasn’t just another number. Then there is Yusuf! This young man called me the night before my project and introduced himself. Gave me clear instructions on the process and how things would work the next day. He came to my home, introduced himself again, inspected the house to confirm the specifications of the project and then spent time chatting about what I should expect the outcome to be. He shared some personal experiences and I did the same and it was just wonderful. Finally, the installers Juan and Fernando did an amazing job on my project. They were very nice and cleaned everything up well. They treated my home with the best care. My home is new construction and I wanted better carpet. We planned on replacing the flooring in our kitchen. We purchased the materials and needed someone to do the installation. I called Next Day Flooring for an estimate. They were able to send someone out the next day to provide a quote. We were satisfied with the quote so setup the installation. The two gentlemen that did the work did an awesome job. We are very pleased at how the floor turned out. They made sure to take all the trash and leave our driveway in the same condition as when they arrived. We plan to replace additional floors in our home and will absolutely be calling Next Day Flooring for the job.

Did a great job on our floors, answered any questions we had, and even came back and replaced a board for us when we noticed a small chip. Brought plenty of product options to the consultation which was great for finding something that worked with our wood paneling.
